Introduction

This concept outlines a community-based vocational training program for ex-convicts, equipping them with practical agricultural skills to foster self-reliance, reduce recidivism, and accelerate reintegration. Through sustainable vegetable production, irrigation installation, greenhouse farming, value addition, and business management, HALFWAY HOME transforms released prisoners into productive contributors to Ghana’s food system.

Willbeck Consult recently joined a collective effort of businesses and organizations in Accra by making a financial contribution to the Support Fund for the children of the August 6 crash victims.

The donation was received by Dr. Valerie Sawyerr, Senior Presidential Advisor on Governmental Affairs and Coordinator of the Fund, who expressed deep gratitude to all contributors. Dr. Sawyerr assured donors that 100% of the funds will directly support the education, healthcare, and overall welfare of the children.
